It seems as if these shop owners have a stereotype based on their impression of what tourists should like. They don’t usually get this right, so prepare for your souvenir to be some boring shirt. Worst of all is the fact that all these stores look as if they sprung from the same blueprints. You may as well just buy from the first one you see.
