Mel Gibson put this French country style Malibu mansion on the market in 2010, initially listing it at $14.5 million. A year later, the price was lowered to $12.8 million, and again to $11.8 million. Gibson then took it off the market and re-listed it in 2019, asking for $14.5 million again.

Stone-Walled Estate, $60 Million
The Stone-Walled estate can be found in Alpine, New Jersey has been on the market for years. The owner has placed it on and off the market for years now. It is believed by the estate developer, Richard Kurtz, that property taxes prevent the home from being sold. Though the price was reduced from $60 million to $32.9 million, still no luck.
