The second home he’s selling, in New York, is going for $44.8 million. The fact that it is Lauer trying to sell the home isn’t helping, given his name being shrouded in controversy as of late.

Sylvester Stallone’s California Estate, $4.5 Million
Sylvestor Stallone bought his La Quinta, California mansion in 2010 for $4.5 million. Although the gorgeous home was designed by Stallone himself, it has not been easy to sell it. He took it off the market in 2015 after two years of no luck. Then he re-listed it again, with an asking price of $3.87 million.
